Wedding Consultation Form

      Congratulations on your recent engagement to be married! It is the most important day in your life!  We are here to make it what you dream it to be, and to make the process go smoothly.  From small and simplistic to an over the top event, count on us to make it beyond amazing, and exceed your expectations.  

      If you would like to schedule an appointment to discuss the flower portion of your wedding, please print and fill out the questionnaire with the requested information, so we can get an idea what you have in mind for your very important day.   You may e-mail it to carriagehouseflorist@yahoo.com, mail it, or bring it in personally.  A consultation fee is required, and will be collected on the day of your appointment.  The consultation usually lasts 1 -2 hours. Feel free to bring in any resources, pictures, dress swatches, notes with you, that ensures we both are on the same page as to what you envision for your wedding.

      Soon after, we will get to work preparing a quote with all the details and pricing. We will send this out via mail, e-mail, or you are welcome to come in to pick it up.  If you decide to retain Carriage House Florist as your wedding florist, your consultation fee will be applied to the deposit.

      We must hear from you to confirm your wedding in order for us to put you on our wedding calendar.  A deposit will also be required at that time.  If you want to make payments over the course until your wedding, that is welcome, however, the wedding is to be paid in full two weeks prior to the date.  We will also go over any last minute details, changes, and modifications at that time.
